DISH: Relatable Moments

The Problem
People were still stuck in old TV habits, clicking through menus and fumbling for remotes. DISH wanted to show how voice control could simplify the viewing experience and make everyday moments feel effortless. The challenge was to make that technology feel human, relatable, and worth sharing.

The Insight
Viewers don’t care about specs. They care about how a feature fits into real life. By showing the everyday moments when voice control makes things easier like when your hands are full, when the dog’s barking, or when the game’s about to start – we could turn convenience into connection.

The Solution
We created 12 short pre-roll videos focused on hands-free features like search, play, and pause. Each spot captured a relatable slice of life, showing how effortless TV can be when your voice does the work. The campaign expanded across YouTube, DISH.com, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter with custom GIFs, lifestyle photography, and animated posts.

The work performed strongly. Social shares increased 45% across all channels. Proof that sometimes the simplest message “just say it” really sticks.
